Air Force (11-8-3, 9-5-2 AHC) travels to Sacred Heart (5-12-2, 5-8-1 AHC) for a pair of Atlantic Hockey Conference games, Saturday-Sunday, Jan. 19-20. Saturday's game is at 2:05 pm ET at the Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, Conn. Sunday's game is at 4:05 pm ET at Yale University.
Air Force is in second place in the AHC with 20 points while Sacred Heart is tied for ninth with 11.

Sacred Heart is 5-12-2 overall and 5-8-1 and in ninth place in the AHC with 11 points. After sweeping a two-game road series at RIT, Dec. 7-8, the Pioneers have lost four straight. Earlier this week, SHU lost to AIC, 2-1, in Bridgeport. Last week, SHU lost a non-conference game at 19th-ranked Yale, 3-1. Sophomore forward Marc Johnstone leads the team with 11 points. Freshman Josh Benson has started the last nine games in goal and has a 2.72 GAA and a .900 saves percentage. He led the team to the wins at RIT.
Series vs. Sacred Heart
Air Force and Sacred Heart have played 43 times and the Falcons hold a 26-11-6 lead in the series that began in 2000. Air Force is 5-3-1 in the last seven games against SHU. The teams played four times last season and Sacred Heart won the series with five points. Air Force took three points in the series in Bridgeport while SHU won the single game in Colorado. In a makeup game at Quinnipiac, Feb. 13, due to the government shutdown on Jan. 20, Sacred Heart won 2-1 in overtime. In games played in the state of Connecticut (Milford, Bridgeport, Hamden), Air Force leads the series, 9-7-3.
