Men’s Gymnastics Announces 2020 Schedule

Air Force will host four meets at the Academy, including the MPSF Championships.
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Highlighted by four competitions at Cadet West Gym, including the annual Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships, the Air Force men's gymnastics team and first-year head coach Josh Loeser released the squad's schedule for the upcoming season this afternoon.
Air Force kicks off the 2020 campaign on Jan. 11, when it hosts Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Washington and the USOTC in the 39th-annual Rocky Mountain Open. The Falcons will also welcome Penn State (Feb. 1) and defending national champion Stanford (Mar. 7) to the Academy during the regular season.
The Falcons open the road portion of the season on Jan. 18, when they travel to Berkeley for a dual with conference foe California. Air Force will visit San Antonio for the annual All-Academy Championships on Feb. 8, before heading to New York for a rematch with Army West Point on Feb. 29. The Falcons close out the road portion of the regular season at Oklahoma – the reigning MPSF champion – on March 13.
The postseason begins on March 27, when Air Force – the USAG champions in nine of the last 10 years – travel to Tempe, Ariz., for the two-day USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Championships. The Falcons will host the MPSF Championships at Cadet West Gym on April 4, before closing out the 2020 season at the NCAA Championships in Ann Arbor, Mich., on April 17-18.
