Falcons Remain On Road to Battle Rams and Cowgirls
The Air Force Academy women's soccer team remains on the road for two more matches, first against Colorado State, Friday, March 26, followed by a contest with Wyoming, Sunday, March 28. Kickoff against the Rams is set for 2 p.m. MT while the game versus the Cowgirls will begin at 1 p.m. MT.

Last Time Out
The Falcons dropped a pair of road contests, first against Utah State, 5-0, and then against Mountain Division leader New Mexico, 4-0.
Last Time Against the Cowgirls
The Air Force Academy knocked off Wyoming, 2-1, in double OT Thursday, March 11, at the Cadet Lacrosse Stadium. While the match was tight in score, the stats show AF thoroughly dominated the match. AF held a 25-8 advantage in total shots, including 14-6 on net. AF out-possessed Wyoming by a 57-43 percent clip as well.
The two goals were scored by juniors Natalia Gutierrez and Tatiana Limon, and were both the first goals of their respective careers. Gutierrez netted the game tying PK in regulation in the 87th minute, while Limon netted the golden goal winner in double OT off an assist from senior Emma Nelson.
Last Match Against the Rams Canceled
AF and CSU were supposed to meet on the pitch, Sunday, March 14, but the game was canceled due to COVID-19 protocols within the Ram program. Due to the limited nature of the spring 2021 MW Women's Soccer season, the game will not be rescheduled and has been ruled a no contest.
