Falcon Lacrosse Announces Team Captains

USAF ACADEMY – Air Force lacrosse has announced the team captains for the 2023-2024 campaign, voted on by members of the team. Falcon seniors Chris Bardak, James Chastain and Aidan Tolen will lead the squad into 2024.
"Our men did an outstanding job selecting captains for the 2023-24 season," head coach Bill Wilson said. "While Chris Bardak, James Chastain, and Aidan Tolen set the tone to date during fall semester, other team leaders have also stepped up as well. The second half of the semester and winter break will arguably be the most important time of the year as we ramp up. I look forward to watching our team leaders set the compete bar higher each day forward!"
The trio of seniors have been key players for the Falcons every season leading up to date, each with over 10 games started or played since their freshmen season. Chastain leads the squad in career games started (42), while Bardak leads the team in career caused turnovers (53) and ground balls (115). Tolen, a key scorer with 31 career goals, and Bardak were both 2023 first-team All-ASUN selections.
The newly christened team captains alongside the Fighting Falcons will take to the field for the first time in late January.
