Following this weekend's action at home, the Falcons hit the road for a pair of Western Athletic Conference matches against Grand Canyon and UTRGV, October 10 and 13, respectively. Action at GCU Stadium is slated for 7 p.m. MT, while action in Edinburg, Texas, will commence at 12 p.m. CT.

Three different WAC teams earned the maximum six points across the opening weekend of conference play. Seattle U, San Diego State and San José State each claimed two wins on the road to share the league lead. California Baptist logged a win and a draw for four points, and Grand Canyon won its first match to register three points.
ON THE ROAD EQUALS RESULTS IN WEEK ONE
Road teams enjoyed all of the spoils during the opening weekend of WAC men's soccer conference matches, with visiting teams not dropping a single league contest out of the gate. Road teams were a combined 8-0-1 in conference matches last week, highlighted by Seattle U, San Diego State and San José State each earning two wins and California Baptist notching one win and one draw away from home.
INIGUEZ HEATS UP AS CALENDAR TURNS TO OCTOBER
After not scoring a goal over his first eight matches of the season, San José State midfielder and WAC Preseason Offensive Player of the Year Angel Iniguez has exploded over his last three starts. Iniguez has notched six goals and two assists in matches against UC Davis on Sept. 27 (one goal, one assist), Air Force on Oct. 3 (hat trick) and Utah Valley (two goals, one assist in comeback win). Iniguez has climbed into second place in the conference this season in scoring with six goals and four assists for 16 points.
SEATTLE U REMAINS THE TOP RANKED WAC TEAM IN LATEST NCAA RPI
As of the latest NCAA RPI update on Oct. 8, Seattle U was the top team from the WAC with an adjusted RPI ranking of 64. Other top 100 WAC teams in the more recent NCAA RPI were Grand Canyon (69), San Diego State (74) and UNLV (92).
