USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force senior outside hitter Ella Tschuor and junior libero Jordan Suan captured academic all-district honors from the College Sports Communicators this morning (Dec. 17), as the organization announced its list of 2024 honorees. It's the second-straight year that the pair has been named to the Academic All-District Volleyball Team for their performance on the court and in the classroom.
Tschuor marked the first time a Falcon has claimed academic all-district honors from the CSC (formerly CoSIDA) in each year of eligibility, while Suan became the program's fifth player to receive the distinction more than once.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and compete in at least 90-percent of the institution's sets or serve as a starter in at least 66 percent of their team's matches.
