Falcon Wrestling Returns to Action at Cleveland State Open

Woodling Gymnasium – Cleveland, Ohio
 
Falcon wrestling is slated to compete in two tournaments over the weekend. Air Force's top wrestlers will head to Cleveland, Ohio, to compete in the Cleveland State Open, Saturday (Dec. 7).
 
The open welcomes in a plethora of wrestlers from across the nation, including wrestlers from Air Force, Bellarmine, Central Michigan, Clarion, Cleveland State, Edinboro, Indiana, Iowa State, Kent State, Lock Haven, Pitt, Purdue, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Ohio, Ohio State, West Virginia, and a multitude of Div. II and unattached wrestlers.

Bob Smith Open
9 a.m. CT, Sunday, December 8
Gross Memorial Coliseum – Hays, Kansas
 
A contingent of wrestlers will travel to Hays, Kansas, on Sunday (Dec. 8) to compete in the Bob Smith Open hosted by Fort Hays State. More than 350 competitors from 25 schools are currently entered into Sunday's open, making this the largest Bob Smith Open since 2016 when there were 379 participants.
 
Live video of the tournament will be available on both FloWrestling and The MIAA Network. Fans with active subscriptions to either platform will have access to view the action at no additional cost. New subscriptions cost $29.99 per month on FloWrestling, while the action can be viewed for $20 on The MIAA Network. Results and brackets will be posted on TrackWrestling.

The Falcons split a pair of duals over the weekend in California, falling to Big 12 foe California Baptist, 28-3, and landsliding Vanguard, 54-0. Falcon freshman EJ Beloncik led Air Force with a pair of wins on the weekend.
