Sam Kulasingam was 2-4, driving in a run in the 9th with a single to left field. Aerik Joe was 2-3 with a double.
Jay Thomason doubled and scored in the 4th, as Chase Spencer lifted a sacrifice fly later in the inning. Charlie Jones and Connor Christenson were responsible for doubles as well.
It was a tough day on the mound for the Falcons pitching staff, surrendering 6+ runs in both the 1st and 6th innings.
The six Air Force pitchers were responsible for nine extra-base hits, seven walks and a hit-by-pitch to equate to 16 earned runs. The Bulldogs finished the game 17-36 (.472) at the plate. Fresno State's 18 runs and 17 hits are the most in a game against Air Force this season.
The loss moves Air Force to 6-3 in the Mountain West, placing the Falcons in a four-way tie for the top spot in the conference.
Air Force will look to shake off the loss on Tuesday, March 26, when the Falcons travel north to Moraga to play Saint Mary's College.
