Air Force women's tennis picks up on the second leg of its two-weekend Mountain West road trip, as the Falcons travel to Utah State and Boise State on Thursday and Saturday, respectively.
Falcons at a Glance:
Air Force totals a combined 17 singles and nine doubles victories. At 5-3, Freshman Nadia Kojonroj leads the Falcons in singles play, competing on lines two through four. At 4-6, doubles pair Kojonroj and Alexis Odom lead doubles production. Kojonroj sits at 5-7 in doubles, splitting competition with Odom (4-7) and sophomore Arianna Van Houweling (4-8).

The Air Force women's tennis team, on its second stop of the weekend taking on San Jose State, fell 4-0 on Sunday afternoon at the Spartan Tennis Complex.
The Falcons fell in a hotly contested doubles point, going down on lines one and two. After tying their doubles set at 3-3, Arianna Van Houweling/Nadia Kojonroj fell to Spartan line one duo Irena Muradyan/Cheuk Ying Shek, 6-4. Joselyn Limbago/Giovanna Sanchirico went down, 6-2, to Jovana Babic/Carolina Millan, 6-2. One line three, Isabella Flodin/Alexis Odom, seeking their first dual win of the season, trailed 9-1 Rozalina Youseva/Duru Durgun, 5-4, when San Jose State clinched the point.
The Falcons fell in singles on lines four, five and one in order. Kojonroj and Flodin on courts two and three both claimed wins in their opening sets, defeating both Muradyan and Ying Shek, 6-2. With Kojonroj tied at 3-3 in the second set and Flodin leading 4-2, both matches went unfinished at the time the Spartans secured their fourth point.
