Air Force Announces 2024 Volleyball Schedule

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Highlighted by 12 matches within the friendly confines of Cadet East Gym, the Air Force volleyball team announced its schedule for the upcoming 2024 campaign. The Falcons, under the direction of first-year head coach Macey Donathan, will play 29 contests, including three tournaments and 18 conference contests.

Air Force, which will host UCCS in an exhibition on Aug. 24, officially opens the season on Aug. 30-Sept. 1, when it welcomes Fordham and South Dakota to the Academy for the annual Amy Svoboda Memorial Classic. Except for the first of a home-and-home series with Denver on Sept. 10, the Falcons will spend the rest of the non-conference season on the road. In addition to their rematch with the Pioneers and a contest against Northern Colorado in Denver on Sept. 12-13, the Falcons will travel to Texas for the Borderland Invitational on Sept. 5-7 and California for a match at Saint Mary's (Sept. 19) and the USF Invitational on Sept. 20-21.
The Falcons return to the Academy to open Mountain West play, as they host San Deigo State (Sept. 26) and UNLV (Sept. 28) during the first conference weekend. Air Force, which will travel to those schools to close out the regular season on Nov. 21 (UNLV) and Nov. 23 (San Diego State), will continue its home-and-home conference schedule with New Mexico (home: Oct 1, road: Nov. 12), Boise State (road: Oct. 1, home: Nov. 16), Nevada (road: Oct. 10, home: Nov. 9), Utah State (road: Oct. 12, home: Nov. 7), Fresno State (home: Oct. 17, road: Nov. 2) and San Jose State (home: Oct. 19, road: Oct. 13), while hosting Wyoming (Oct. 24) and traveling to Colorado State (Oct. 26) in the only meetings with those two squads this season.

TICKETS: Season tickets are now on sale for the 2024 volleyball season. Fans can purchase new general admission season tickets for $50, while returning 2023 season ticket holders can renew their tickets at a discounted loyalty rate in their Air Force Ticket Account. There is also a limited quantity of courtside seats available for a season rate of $85. Single-game tickets will be available at a later date.
