
Track & Field Announces 2025-26 Schedule

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – The Air Force track and field team recently unveiled its full schedule for the upcoming season – which begins next Saturday (Dec. 6) at the Wyoming Power Meet in Laramie. The Falcons will spend the majority of the 2025-26 campaign on the road, as renovation continue at the Cadet Field House and the action-packed outdoor schedule will have the team at the Academy just once.
The Falcons will make three trips to Boulder during the indoor portion of the season, competing at the Potts Invitational (Jan. 16-17), Colorado Invitational (Jan. 23-24), and Colorado Classic (Feb. 6-7). Air Force will also compete at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in Manhattan, Kan., on Jan. 30-31, before splitting the Feb. 13-14 weekend with meets in Seattle (Husky Classic) and Lubbock (Jarvis Scott Invitational).
The indoor portion of the season will conclude with the Mountain West Championships in Reno on Feb. 26-28, and the NCAA Championships in Fayetteville, Ark., on March 13-14.
As always, the Falcons' outdoor schedule will feature trips to several of the nation's top competitions, including the Stanford Invitational on April 3-4, a return to the historic Drake Relays on April 23-25, and its annual swing through Southern California for the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, Bryan Clay Invitational, and Beach Invitational over the April 16-18 weekend. Overall, Air Force will make three trips to California during the regular season, as the team will also compete at the Aztec Invitational in San Diego on March 27-28 and select individuals will travel to Azusa for the Bryan Clay Multis on April 9-10.
Closer to home, Air Force will face off again its local foes at CSU Pueblo (Dr. Dan Caprtioglio Invitational, March 20-21), Colorado (Colorado Invitational, April 3-4), Colorado School of Mines (Kit Mayer Classic, April 10-11), and Colorado State (Doug Max Invitational, May 1), before hosting many of those same teams for its annual Twilight Open on May 8.
The Mountain West Outdoor Championships will kick off the postseason on May 14-16, as the conference field heads to Clovis, Calif., for the eighth time in as many championship meets. The NCAA Outdoor Championships begin for the Falcons with the West Preliminary in Fayetteville, Ark., on May 27-30 and conclude with the championship rounds in Eugene, Ore., on June 10-13.
