Falcons Prepare for NCBA Championships

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – The Air Force boxing team returns to competition this weekend (April 10-12), when it heads to Lawrenceburg, Ind., for the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA) National Championships. The three-day meet will take place at the Lawrenceburg Event Center at 91 Walnut Street.
The quarterfinals (Thursday) and semifinals (Friday) will begin at 6:00 p.m., both nights, while Saturday's championship finals will be divided into two sections, with the first session taking place at 3:00 p.m., and the second beginning at 6:00 p.m. (all times Eastern).

The Air Force men have accounted for 20 team titles and 17 runner-up finishes since joining the NCBA in 1980, while the women are coming off a program-record runner-up finish at last year's championships.
