
Four Falcons Garner CSC Academic All-District® Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind., - Four women's swimmers, Zoe Bresnahan, Lily Larson, Grace Nickell, and Jena Nowoswiat were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team, as released on Tuesday morning. Bresnahan and Larson are CSC Academic All-America finalists and will advance to the national ballot.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Honorees were required to be at least a sophomore in the classroom and athletically, carry a minimum cumulative grade-point average of3.50, and competed in 75 percent of competitions or finish top-eight at a conference meet.
Zoe Bresnahan, an electrical and computer engineering major, earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the second consecutive year. The senior posted three top-five finishes at the Denver First Chance Invitational in the 50 free, 200 free, and 1650 free. She ranks sixth all-time at Air Force in both the 1000 free (10:13.05) and 1650 free (16:51.91), while also sitting eighth in the 400 IM (4:23.49).
Sophomore Lily Larson earned CSC Academic All-District honors in her first year of eligibility. The physics major garnered Mountain West All-Conference recognition after placing top-10 in all of her events at the championship meet and leading the Falcons with 61 points. She contributed to three record-setting relays and broke the program record in the 100 free, while totaling six wins in the 200 free during the season.
Grace Nickell, a biochemistry major, earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the first time in her career. During the 2025–26 season, the sophomore recorded personal bests across 10 events, including the 50 free, 1000 free, 1650 free, 50 fly, 100 fly, 200 fly, 100 back, 50 breast, 100 breast, and 400 IM. She added eight top-10 finishes and three CSCAA B standards.
Jena Nowoswiat, a mathematics major, was named a CSC Academic All-District honoree in her first year of eligibility. The sophomore secured two wins in the 200 fly and one in the 400 IM, while adding 12 more top-five finishes on the season. She recorded nine personal bests and three CSCAA B standards.
