Jordan Dillingham Picks Up Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week Honors

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo., - Air Force's Jordan Dillingham was named the Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by conference officials Monday afternoon. The honor marks the first weekly conference award of the season for the Falcons.
C2C Dillingham helped Air Force secure its first shutout of the season, a 4-0 victory over service academy rival Navy on Thursday, Aug. 20, as the Falcons improved to 3-0 on the season. The center back played all 90 minutes, anchoring the Falcons' defense and helping hold Navy scoreless.
Dillingham also made an impact offensively, finding the back of the net in the 57th minute off a corner kick for her second goal of the season. Her goal helped Air Force extend its lead and secure the shutout victory.
