COACH COLE ON ADAM: Adam is a very talented and tough competitor. He didn't run really high mileage in high school, so we want to build upon what has worked for him in the past. Our objective over the course of this year is to keep Adam healthy and bring along his aerobic development through daily consistency. If able to put some training blocks in place, Adam will also progress in his performances over the coming year as well.
