JUNIOR YEAR | 2023: NCAA Qualifier…all-region and all-conference honoree…earned the team’s MVP award for the second-straight year…Falcons’ top finisher in three meets…posted the Falcons’ second-highest finish ever (third) at the Mountain West Championships…clocked a 6K time of 20:19.8 to repeat as a first-team all-conference selection…posted a season-best time of 20:10.9 to finish 21st out of 135 runners at the NCAA Mountain Regional and claim all-region honors for the second-straight year…added a 20:53.2 finish at the NCAA Championships (131st)…Falcons’ No. 3 runner at the Virginia Invitational…posted a 5K time of 17:31.2 to finish 86th out of 211 runners at that meet…opened the season with a three-mile time of 18:12 at the Air Force Classic…academic all-conference…

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2022: NCAA Qualifier…all-region and all-conference honoree…earned the team’s MVP award…claimed first-team all-conference distinction after finishing seventh at the Mountain West Championships (career-best 6K of 20:06.9)…placed 12th out of 131 runners to garner all-region honors at the NCAA Mountain Regional (20:24.2)… Falcons’ top finisher in those two meets…finished within the top half of the field in national debut at the NCAA Championships (20:40.3, 107th)…Falcons’ No. 2 runner at the Cowboy Jamboree (21:21.3, 54th of 223) and Nuttycombe Invitational (20:16.2, 21st of 265)…opened the season with a runner-up finish at the Air Force Classic (17:16, three miles)…academic all-conference selection.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2021: Mountain West Freshman of the Year…became the first member of the women’s team to earn that award after recording the best finish by a true freshman at the MW Championships…clocked a career-best 6K of 20:20.8 to lead Air Force at that meet, finishing 15th out of 97 runners…also led the team at the Nuttycombe Invitational, posting a 21:12.7 to finish 88th in the 267-runner meet…Falcons’ No. 3 runner at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (21:13.0, 63rd) and No. 4 runner at the NCAA Mountain Regional (21:50.9, 57th)…clocked a three-mile time of 17:25.5 in collegiate debut to finish second at the Air Force Open…earned the team’s Newcomer of the Year award…academic all-conference selection.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: NCAA Qualifier in the outdoor 5000-meter run as a junior…also collected all-conference honors in that event during the indoor season…posted the third-fastest 5000-meter time in Air Force Outdoor history (14:54.70) at the 2024 Bryan Clay Invitational…added a career-best indoor time of 9:23.43 at the Windy City Invitational to move into fifth on the program’s indoor standings…holds the Sophomore Class Record at that distance…added a top-five finish in the 3000-meter run at the Mountain West Indoor Championships…led off the 4x1600-meter relay that posted the third-fastest 4x1600-meter relay in program history (19:45.96) at the 2024 Drake Relays…also ran on the distance medley relay that posted the Academy’s No. 6 time (11:41.24) at that meet…received the team’s Callie Calhoun Award for Drive and Determination as a junior.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lexington High School…member of four Ohio Division II state championship teams…six-time all-state selection (three in cross country, three in indoor track and field)…earned a top-10 finish (ninth) in the 3200-meter run at the Ohio Division II High School State Championships…placed fourth in the 1600-meter run at the 2020 OATCCC Indoor State Championship Meet…maintained a 4.0 GPA…ranked within Top 5 of graduating class.
