Meaghan Oosterhous enters her first season as the Lacrosse Director of Operations at Air Force in 2021-22. She joined the coaching staff in August of 2021.
Before coming to the Air Force Academy, Oosterhous worked with the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs (UCCS) Women’s Volleyball program as the Director of Operations for three years. In the Director of Operations position, she helped with daily operations, game statistics, team travel, and volleyball camps.
During her time at UCCS, she interned with UCCS Athletics NCAA Compliance from 2018-2021 where she worked with athletes regarding course registration, eligibility requirements, and maintained a database of athletes. Oosterhous also ran the athletic department study hall during her time at UUCS.
Meaghan interned with USA Archery from August 2020 to May 2021. During this time, she worked with the Olympic and Paralympic teams in logistics and communications. In addition, she worked with the RED Program, International Events, and the Resident Athlete Program in logistic and communication.
Oosterhous graduated from UCCS in December of 2021 with a with a Bachelor of Science of Sport Management.
In her free time, she likes to read and support different sports teams.
