SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2016-17: Played in all 22 games with 18 starts … second-team All-WAC … WAC Offensive Player of the Week (Sep. 19-25) … three two-goal matches on the season … led the team in points (23) and goals (9) … led the team in career goals (10) … tied for second on the team with five assists … led the team with 40 shots, 16 coming on frame … led the team with four game-winning goals … completed Operations Air Force at Tyndall AFB, Florida … Expeditionary Survival and Escape Training cadre over the third block of summer … Athletic Director’s list.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2015-16: Played in 14 of 17 games this season … logged four points from a goal against San Jose State ... tallied two assists on the season against Army West Point and UNLV … took 10 shots with four on goal ... commandant’s list ... completed the Expeditionary Survival and Evasion Training (ESET) over the summer.

Before Air Force: Played for Pride Soccer Club...state champions in 2013 and state tournament MVP in 2013...club coach was Joe Schulman.

High School: Lettered four years in soccer and three in baseball... soccer All-American...Colorado Class 4A, PPAC, Colorado Springs Gazette Soccer Player of the Year as a senior...two-time all-state and three-time all-conference...scored 34 goals and posted 22 assists as a senior...led Air Academy to a 20-0 record and Colorado 4A title as a senior...high school soccer coach was Espen Hoshan.

Personal: Cadet squadron 20 … son of Ted and Annie Dewing...has three siblings...cousins, James Sims and John Sims, were teammates at Air Academy and both play(ed) soccer for USAFA … another cousin and Air Academy teammate, David Louthan, plays on the soccer team as well...has three family members that are USAFA graduates... major is management … favorite food is loaded pizza...favorite class subject is biology...favorite books are the Bible and Unbroken ... credits his parents as having the biggest influence on his sports career...began playing soccer at age three.
