JUNIOR YEAR | 2024-25: NCAA Qualifier in the 10,000-meter run…clocked the second-fastest time in Air Force history (28:22.06) to finish third in the elite section of the Payton Jordan Invitational…also broke the Air Force Junior Class Record with that finish…earned a scoring finish in that distance at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (seventh)…also scored for the Falcons at the conference meet during the indoor season, placing seventh in the 5000-meter run…recorded the third-fastest time in Academy history during a 13:46.11 performance at the Husky Classic.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2023-24: Set the Air Force Sophomore Class Record in the 10,000-meter run during event debut at the Bryan Clay Invitational…clocked a time of 29:22.79 to finish second out of 39 runners in the meet and delete more than eight seconds off a Class Record that had stood since 2011…also debuted at No. 13 on the program’s all-time standings with that time…competed in the 5000-meter run four times…posted an outdoor-best time of 14:08.40 (adjusted for altitude) to finish second at the Doug Max Invitational…placed seventh out of 210 runners at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (14:16.89)…posted an indoor-best time of 14:15.68 to finish fifth out of 50 runners at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener…also recorded a top-five finish at the Windy City Invitational.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2022-23: Competed in three indoor meets…recorded a career-best 3000-meter time of 8:27.35 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston…finished third in the mile during collegiate debut at the Ralph Lindeman Invitational (4:22.53, adjusted for altitude)…did not race during the outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Mountain Vista High School…two-time all-state honoree in cross country…claimed top-10 finishes in the Colorado 5A state meet as a junior (10th) and senior (fifth)…led MVHS to back-to-back state titles in cross country (2020, 2021)…finished third in the 3200-meter run at the Colorado 5A Championships as a senior…earned a top-10 finish in that event as a junior (ninth).
