JUNIOR (2008): Clocked the fifth-fastest 3000-meter steeplechase time in Academy history at the NCAA Regional Championships...posted a career-best time of 9:01.34 at that meet...finished fifth in the steeplechase during the Mountain West Conference outdoor championships...clocked a time of 9:05.30, which was a career-high at the time...also placed sixth in the 5000-meter run (14:52.12) at that meet...NCAA Regional Qualifier...set a season-best time of 14:31.35 in the 5000-meter run at Stanford...that was the third-best time on the team...all-conference honoree in the 5000-meter run....finished second in that event (15:16.35) at the conference championships...also placed fourth in the 3000-meter run (8:39.16) during the indoor meet...that time was a season high...ran a 4:12.10 (adjusted for altitude) mile at the Air Force Invitational...that was the second-best time on the team.

FRESHMAN (2006): Earned the team[apos]s Newcomer of the Year award...clocked the Falcons[apos] fastest 3000-meter steeplechase time of the season...finished the event in 9:21.31 at the Stanford Invitational...ranked fourth on the team in the 5000-meter run...clocked career-best 14:57.66 (adjusted for altitude) in that event at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships...also competed in the 1500-meter run, clocking 3:55.44a...was one of four Falcons to finish within the top-six at the Colorado Invitational...during the indoor season, posted the fastest times by a non-senior in the 3000-meter run (8:27.14a) and the 5000-meter run (14:49.18a)...also competed in the mile, clocking a season-best time of 4:15.76a...finished second in the 3000-meter run at the Albuquerque Invitational...part of an Air Force sweep of the top three spots...place fourth in the same event at the Adidas Classic.
