JUNIOR YEAR | 2021-22: NCAA Qualifier in the 5000-meter run during the outdoor season…two-time all-conference honoree…recorded the fourth-fastest 5000-meter times in Academy history during both the indoor (13:49.31, adjusted for altitude) and outdoor (13:45.23) seasons…posted that career-best outdoor time to finish sixth at the Mt SAC Relays…first debuted on the program’s Top 10 with a (then) best time of 13:45.86 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic…set a new Meet Record during that race, while finishing first in a field of 165 runners…placed within the top half of the field (24th, 13:46.28) at the NCAA West Preliminary…scored for the Falcons in the 5000-meter (third) and 10,000-meter (fifth) events at the MW Outdoor Championships…recorded a 10K debut of 31:20.57 at the conference meet…also scored for Air Force in multiple events at the MW Indoor Championships…recorded personal-best indoor time of 13:49.31a to finish second and help Air Force to a 1-2-3 podium sweep…added the seventh-fastest 3000-meter time in Air Force history (8:00.51a) to finish fourth the following day…first debuted on program’s Top 10 in the 5000-meter run after posting the (then) sixth-fastest time in Academy history (13:57.13) during a fourth-place performance at the Iowa State Classic.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2020-21: Debuted in eighth on the Academy’s all-time standings of the indoor 5000-meter run after posting a time of 14:03.70 to finish fifth at the Iowa State Classic…also ran that distance at the Stanford Invitational during the outdoor season, clocking a career-best time of 14:03.39.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2019-20: Competed in the mile during three indoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 4:15.86 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Invitational...ran the 3000-meter and 5000-meter events once...won the 3000-meter run at the Air Force Team Challenge (8:28.35a)...collected a third-place finish at 5000 meters during the Air Force Collegiate Open (14:44.66a).
MAJOR CROSS COUNTRY HIGHLIGHTS: All-American…finished 28th at the 2022 NCAA Championships, leading Air Force to a seventh-place finish in the team standings…two-time all-region selection…three-time all-conference honoree…finished second at the Mountain West Championships as a senior, helping Air Force to the first 1-2-3 finish in conference history…also earned first-team honors as a sophomore (fifth), while garnering second-team status as a junior (11th)…member of three-straight conference championship teams…named the MW Freshman of the Year in 2019 after posting the best finish by a true freshman at the conference meet.
