C2C Maddy Walsh helped the Falcons to open the season with a pair of wins, 4-1 over Army and 3-1 against Creighton. Against the Black Knights, Walsh recorded her first two career goals in the 22nd minute and the 59th. The Rye, N.Y. native also marked a career high six shots in her 70 minutes of play against Air Force's service academy rival.
