Six Falcons Named To WWPA All-Academic Team

C1Cs (Sr.) David Breitenbach, Ben Couchman and Brian Hasbrouck, C2C (Jr.) Lowell Wallace, and C3Cs So.) Kirk Reimer and Brandon Shroyer were all named to the 2001 Western Water Polo Association all-academic team. Breitenbach made the top of the list for the Falcons with a GPA of 3.58, followed by Couchman (3.55), Hasbrouck (3.43), Wallace (3.38), Shroyer (3.07), and Reimer (3.02). C2C Chris Smith was named honorable mention to the 2001 NCAA All-American team. The Falcons are currently ranked 20th in the nation and finished the season fourth in the 15-team Western Water Polo Association.
