Senior water polo captain Clark Condict (Irvine, Calif.) was named a third-team All-America selection by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC), as released by the organization. Condict becomes the 15th water polo player in Air Force history to receive All-America recognition, and just the third to be recognized higher than honorable mention.
Condict, the first third-team honoree for the Falcons since Brian Pendergast in 1996, ended his career with 242 career points, ranking seventh in the Air Force record books. Meanwhile, his 169 career goals rank fourth all-time for the Falcons.
In his senior campaign, Condict led the team with 62 goals, ranking among the nation's top-25 scorers. A first-team All-Western Water Polo Association selection, Condict also earned first-team all-tournament honors at the WWPA Championship. Condict's nine scores in the tournament, including five in an upset of 14th-ranked UC San Diego, helped Air Force secure a third-place finish, its best showing in the conference since 2003.
