When you were a little kid, what did you want to be when you grow up? Doctor
What is one thing that you just can't live without? Chocolate
If you had $1,000,000, what would you do? Build my own house and a side house for my mom.
What is your favorite vacation spot? Anyplace with sand, sun, and water
What is the most interesting place you have traveled to? Guam
What is one song that you're tired of hearing? Teenage Dream by Katy Perry
What is your favorite drink at Starbucks? Tall Hot Apple Chi Infusion
What is your ringtone? Live like we're dying
What is your favorite flavor of ice cream? Mint Chocolate Chip
Who is your favorite TV character? Johnny Depp
What is your favorite song for karaoke? If only I could sing...
What is something that you are afraid? Cockroaches
What was the first CD you ever bought? Space Jam
What was your first job? Chick-fil-A Cashier
If you could be on any TV show, what would it be? Wipe Out-I could definitely do those obstacles. Hands down.
How many hours of sleep do you need (and now ... how many do you get?) I need 8-9 and I get about 7
What sports teams do you follow? UGA Football and AF Football
What do you want to do after graduation? Eventually be a physical therapist
What is your proudest achievement? 9.7 on beam the first meet of my freshman year.
What is one thing about your hometown that you miss? Los Hermanos (My favorite Mexican restaurant)
What is your favorite movie of all-time? Miss Congeniality
Where is your favorite place to relax? I don't know what relaxing is...
How did you get started in gymnastics? I started cheerleading and then started to tumble to better my cheer skills
What challenge do you find in gymnastics that you don't find in any other sport? Defying gravity
What do you like best about gymnastics? Having a family of girls near me that are truly amazing...
What is your favorite sport besides gymnastics? Football
Do you have any pre-meet rituals? Constantly drinking water, always in my warm-up pants, and always standing on my socks.
What was the best moment from a road trip last season? Ranchman's Restaurant. Who pre-orders their baked potato? That's just weird.
What is your advice for young gymnasts? Always work hard and be respectful of your coaches. Dedication goes a lot further than mere talent.
Describe your personality in two words: Bubbly and sarcastic
Who are the biggest influences in your life and why? My roommate, Bridgette Griffiths, because she has shown me what life is all about; my mom, Norma Dutton, because she has always been a great mom and someone that I have always aspired to be like; my dad, John Dutton, because he has shown me that a little bit of hard work, dedication, and love can go along way; and my fiancé, Josiah Loeser, because he has shown me the meaning of love.
How do you balance your athletics, academics and military duties? Prioritize until things get done
What is your favorite class? It's school-I don't have one
Who is your favorite professor/AOC/etc.? Lt Col Lykins
What is your favorite place on the Academy grounds? My bed, by far. I'm going to miss it when I graduate.
What were your first thoughts of the Academy? "What have I gotten myself into?"
Who are your biggest fans? My mom, dad, brother, grandma, and my fiancé.
