Boje earns AHC Weekly Honor

Air Force defenseman Phil Boje was named the Travel Team USA Atlantic Hockey Conference Defensive Player of Week for games played through Nov. 27.
The junior from Shoreview, Minn., had a team-high four points in two non-conference games last week against No. 2 Denver and Colorado College. He had two points (1-1-2) against Denver in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Pioneers, Nov. 25. The next night, he had two assists in the 6-3 win at Colorado College to lead Air Force to the Pike's Peak Trophy. In the two games, he was a +1 and had three blocked shots. On the season, Boje leads the team with 13 points, a +8 and 23 blocked shots.
Air Force, 7-5-2 overall and 4-2-0 in the league, travels to Worcester, Mass., for a two-game conference series against Holy Cross, Dec. 2-3, at 7:05 p.m. ET each night.
