
Men’s Gymnastics Announces 2019 Schedule

The Falcons will host three competitions at Cadet West Gym this season.
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Highlighted by three competitions at the Academy's Cadet West Gym, the Air Force men's gymnastics team and head coach Jeff Robinson announced its schedule for the upcoming 2019 season this afternoon.
Air Force kicks off the 2019 campaign on Jan. 12, when it hosts the Rocky Mountain Open for the 38th consecutive year. The Falcons will also welcome service academy rival Army West Point (March 2) and Washington (March 23) to the Academy during the regular season.
The Falcons open the road portion of the season on Jan. 19, when they travel to Oklahoma for a triangular meet with the three-time defending national champion Sooners and Arizona State. Air Force will visit Annapolis, Md., for the All-Academy Championships on Feb. 9 and State College, Pa., for a triangular with Penn State and Navy on Feb. 23, while select gymnasts will travel to Las Vegas for the prestigious Winter Cup Challenge on Feb. 14-16. The Falcons close out the road portion of the regular season with meets at Stanford (March 8), Arizona State (March 9) and Minnesota (March 17).
The postseason begins on March 29, when Air Force – winners of the last nine USAG team titles – return to Annapolis, Md., for the two-day USA Gymnastics Collegiate Nationals. The Falcons will also make a repeat trip to Norman, Okla., for the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships on April 6, before closing out the 2019 season at the NCAA Championships in Champaign, Ill., on April 19-20.
