Anna Salamone of Air Force women’s gymnastics scored a 9.800 on the bars at the NCAA Regional
CORVALLIS, Oregon - Air Force junior Anna Salamone, representing the Air Force women's gymnastics team, concluded her run at the 2019 NCAA Regional Championships this afternoon (April 5) in Corvallis. Salamone, making her third-straight appearance at the NCAA Regional, registered a score of 9.800. The Bayport, New York, native finished in a six-way tie for 23rd-place, five positions higher than she finished in last season's regional meet.
Salamone and the Falcons return to action next week (April 12-14), when they close out the 2019 campaign at the USA Gymnastics Collegiate Nationals in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
