Air Force takes on Cleveland on Saturday at 11 a.m. and St. Bonaventure, Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

THE SERIES
Air Force and Cleveland State are meeting for the fourth time in the all-time series, the Falcons lead, 2-1. Air Force is 2-0 when playing the Vikings at the Face Off Classic. Sunday's meeting with St. Bonaventure marks the first meeting of the programs.

Follow the upset win over Duke in week zero, the Falcons jumped up to No. 15 in the USILA Coaches Poll, and No. 12 in US Lacrosse Magazine's Poll. Since falling to No. 9 Denver (Feb. 8), Air Force to dropped to a modest No. 17 in the USILA Coaches Poll and Inside Lacrosse Media Poll. Following the road win at Utah, the Falcons moved up one spot to No. 16 in the coaches and media polls. US Lacrosse Magazine has the Falcons ranked 15th in the nation.
LAST GAME
Air Force climbed out of an early deficit to overtake Utah on the road, 9-8, Saturday afternoon at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Air Force improved to 2-1 while the Utes dropped to 1-2.
The Falcons were led in scoring by a pair of sophomores in Quincy Peene and Brendan Crouse who scored two goals each. Peene has led Air Force in scoring in two games this season and leads the Falcons with six goals on the year. Crouse led the Falcons with eight shots on the game. Sophomore Chase Douglas scored the Falcons' first goal, Gianni Orlando joined Peene and Crouse in second-quarter scoring, seniors Chet Dunstan and Jake Thornally scored in the third quarter and Trey Lervick scored the final goal. Lervick fired off seven shots and a team-high five shots on goal.
Air Force assists leader Brandon Dodd tallied two feeds on the game, he leads the Falcons with seven this season. Freshman teammate Ethan Grandolfo also dished out a pair of assists and sophomore teammate August Johnson tallied one for his second assist this season.
Junior goalie Braden Host improved to two wins on the season, making 15 saves in cage for a .652 save-percentage. Freshman keeper Jason Rose saw action in a critical moment, filling in for Host who was charged with a 30-second pushing foul. Rose and the Falcon defense stepped up big to hold off a tying goal in the fourth quarter man-down situation.
Senior faceoff man Ryan Lynch had a career day at the dot, winning 8-15 attempts and collecting six ground balls.
