Seniors Graduate From Academy

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Twenty-four members of the Air Force track and field program graduated from the Academy this morning (May 25) and were commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.

"This has been an amazing group of seniors," head coach Ralph Lindeman said. "They have endured, with unprecedented resiliency, the pandemic-caused loss of 2020 NCAA Indoor Championships, the loss of an entire 2020 Outdoor season, the loss of a normal fall 2020 cross country season, and the loss of the 2021 Mountain West Indoor Championship meet. They helped maintain our team's positive culture in spite of these setbacks, and that culture will be passed on to our teams that follow in coming years."
