COVID-19 Update
-Current Department of Defense and Air Force Academy policies require all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask when indoors in all Academy facilities, including the press box, Blue and Silver Club, suites, elevators and restrooms. All individuals who have not been fully vaccinated must also wear masks outdoors at all times while on the installation. Fans who are fully vaccinated and are not required to wear a mask when outdoors. Anyone with a COVID-19 diagnosis within the previous 10 days, or any symptoms suggestive of possible COVID-19, or a recent close contact with an individual known to be positive for COVID-19 should not come to the stadium. These policies will be constantly evaluated and any changes will be communicated.
Series History vs. San Jose State
-In 18 games, Air Force is 5-13 versus San Jose State since the series began in 1997.
-Both matchups against San Jose State were cancelled a season ago, as the Spartans program opted out of the 2020-21 season after four games.
-The Falcons last win over the Spartans was a 67-66 victory in San Jose on February 15, 2020.
-The most previous meeting at Clune Arena saw San Jose State defeat Air Force 68-60 on January 25, 2020.
Last Time Out
-For the only second time in program history, Air Force took down the visiting Fresno State Bulldogs 66-57 on Wednesday, with overwhelming defense and clutch senior performances leading the way.
-On the subject of upperclassmen, Riley Snyder was as impactful as ever, managing a team-high 21 points.
-Fellow C1C Cierra Winters also finished in double-figures with 15 points, while also resetting her career-high in free throws made by knocking down 7 of 8 attempts.
-The Mountain West leaders in steals, Winters snatched six steals on Wednesday, tying her personal best in the category.

-With 1,371 career points, Riley Snyder is now only 16 points away from eclipsing Raimee Beck (1,386 pts/2007-11) for second all-time in the program's Division I scoring list.

-Following Saturday's game against the Spartans, the Falcons will stay at home to play the Nevada Wolfpack on Monday, January 24. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 pm MT. The game is a rescheduled date from the original January 9 postponement.
