Air Force Trio Earns MPSF Academic Honors

Noah Everett is the eighth Falcon to earn Academic honors in every year of eligibility.
WOODLAND, Calif. – Three members of the Air Force men's gymnastics team earned All-Academic Scholar-Athlete honors from the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation, executive director Foti Mellis announced on Wednesday, April 20.
Securing his third-straight selection with a 3.46 GPA, senior Noah Everett became the eighth gymnast in program history to be named an All-Academic Scholar-Athlete during all three qualifying years. Sophomores Oliver Zavel (3.19) and Garrett Braunton (3.18) also claimed All-Academic Scholar-Athlete status from the conference, both earning the honor in their initial year of eligibility.
A total of 30 MPSF gymnasts received academic honors for the 2022 season. To be considered a MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must hold a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.0 or higher, be at least a sophomore academically, completed one full academic year at the institution prior to the season for which the award is received, and participated in at least 50-percent of the team's meets.
