
Four Falcons earn CRCA Scholastic All-America honors

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Four members of the Air Force rifle team earned Scholastic All-America honors, announced by the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association. The four selections tie the school record set in 2000 and 2011.
Devin Schwindt was named for the third time, tying as the second most in program history. Rising junior Morgan Kreb was named to the team for the second straight season, while Ryan Habeck and rising junior Peninah D'Souza were named for the first time.
Schwindt, who graduated this past May and is headed to pilot training, majored in mechanical engineering and had a 3.30 GPA this pas season. Habeck, who also graduated this past May and will begin training in security forces, also had a 3.30 GPA this past season. D'Souza carried a 3.23 GPA while majoring in economics/management and Kreb had a 3.50 GPA in economics. D'Souza and Kreb both earned All-America honors this past season.
