THE SEASON VS. WYOMING
(Oct. 9, 2021) Air Force defeated Wyoming, 24-14, in Falcon Stadium. Brad Roberts rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown while Haaziq Daniels hit 7-10 passes for 110 yards and a touchdown to lead the Falcons. Roberts opened the scoring with a one-yard run to give the Falcons a 7-0 lead. Dane Kinamon added a two-yard run to make it 14-0. The Cowboys scored twice in the second quarter to tie the game at 14-all at the half. Sean Chambers scored on a one-yard run and hit Isaiah Neyor on a 10-yard pass. Micah Davis hauled in a 13 yard touchdown pass from Daniels to put the Falcons ahead for good in the third quarter. Anthony Rodriguez sealed it for the Falcons with a field goal with 7:18 left. The defense took over from there. Wyoming's final chance was ended when Vince Sanford forced a sack and fumble on a fourth down play in Air Force territory. Sanford finished with six tackles, a sack, 1.5 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, fumble recovery and pass breakup. Wyoming was held to 257 total yards and just 15 first downs. The Falcons finished with 321 total yards, including 211 rushing.
THE LAST TIME IN LARAMIE
(NOV. 17, 2018) Wyoming scored 21 fourth-quarter points to come from behind and beat Air Force, 35-27, in Laramie. The Cowboys and Falcons exchanged scores in the first half before the Falcons took a 17-14 lead at the half. Donald Hammond III scored a touchdown and Jake Koehnke added his second field goal to give the Falcons a 27-14 lead with 8:44 remaining. Wyoming responded with a Tyler Vander Waal touchdown run and took the lead, 28-27, with 1:09 left with a Vander Waal to Austin Conway touchdown pass. Following an interception, Xazavian Valladay scored on a 27 yard touchdown run to make up the final margin. The Cowboys clinched it with an interception on Air Force's next drive. Vander Waal finished with 225 yards passing and 22 yards and two touchdowns rushing to lead Wyoming. Air Force was led by Kadin Remsberg, who rushed for 128 yards. The Falcons had 415 total yards, including 362 rushing. Wyoming finished with 373 total yards.

Colorado closed the half with 10 straight to make it 20-10 at the half. The second half was all-Air Force. Haaziq Daniels scored from one yard and Roberts added his third scoring run to make it 34-10. John Lee Eldridge III added an 11-yard touchdown run late in the fourth to make up the final margin. Air Force rolled up 443 total yards, including 435 on the ground, while holding Colorado to just 162 yards and eight first downs. Roberts finished for 174 yards and three touchdowns while Eldridge added 88 yards and a score. The defense was led by Michael Mack II, who had six tackles. Jayden Goodwin and TD Blackmon added five each.
