
Men’s Gymnastics Heads to Annapolis for Tri meet with Stanford

The Falcons will compete in a star-studded tri-meet versus service academy rival Navyand Stanford, the three-time defending NCAA Champions. All three teams come into Saturday's contest ranked in the top-nine in the nation led by the No. 2 Cardinal (5-1) and No. 8 Midshipmen (4-1) with the Falcons (4-2) one spot back in ninth. First touch at the Halsey Field House Gymnastics Facility is set for 2 p.m.

LAST TIME AGAINST THE MIDSHIPMEN
Air Force outscored service academy rivals Army and Navy to win the title for the first time since 2018 at the 2023 All-Academy meet, hosted at The Ford Center. The Falcons posted their third-best team score of the season, 396.550, to rise above Navy (393.000) and Army (389.150).
The Falcons have placed first in action for the second week in a row, besting California and Army on February 11 on senior day in Cadet West Gym at the Academy. The pommel horse and parallel bars teams propelled Air Force to a strong lead which was held on to the finish of the what became the most competitive All-Academy event to date.
LAST TIME AGAINST THE CARDINAL
The Falcons had a strong showing among the nation's top teams at the 2023 Rocky Mountain Open, scoring a 397.400 to place fifth behind No. 1 Stanford, Oklahoma, No. 4 Nebraska, and No. 5 Michigan while placing ahead of Arizona State. The Falcons Garrett Braunton brought home a title in the high bar.
