Perry downed 15 of Air Force's last 17 points – With Regis only scoring 19 as a team - to close the half with 24 and leave Air Force with a 48-37 advantage at halftime.
Coming out of the locker room, the Air Force defense clamped down on Regis, forcing the Rangers into four turnovers and a 16-5 scoring deficit before the under-five media timeout. O'Hollaren took over the final minutes of the quarter, opening a 10-point outburst from a driving play set up on an inside pass from senior Jo Huntimer and earning a 29-point lead over the Rangers.
4 points in a contest is the most Air Force has scored since they downed Navy, 90-50, on Nov.11, 2022; Air Force improved to 28-9 all-time over the Rangers after earning its fourth-straight win in the series on Monday evening.
