Women’s Gymnastics Scores 194.700 at No. 11 Oregon State

Air Force Women's Gymnastics, squaring off with Oregon State and getting one final test ahead of the 2025 Mountain West Championship, took care of business in front of an electric crowd at Gill Coliseum on Saturday. The Falcons ultimately fell to the No. 11 Beavers, but earned their best team score in five weeks, scoring a 194.700 in the Falcons' Saturday showing at Gill Coliseum.

Opening the day on bars, the Falcons scored a 48.575. Freshman Alyssa Bigler led the way, scoring a 9.825 to tie the Falcons' third-best score this season while earning a third-place finish.

On vault, Air Force scored a 48.800 led by sophomore Maggie Slife's 9.800. Senior Gabriella Meccia (9.775) was next up on the leaderboard, earning a spot in eighth.

On floor, Air Force finished with a 48.750, improving by over three-tenths from the week prior. Slife and junior Kylee Greene topped the scoresheet for Air Force; Slife's 9.875 tied the Falcons' second- best score this season and her highest finish in three weeks to place fifth. Greene earned a 9.800 to log her second-best score on floor this season and a seventh-place finish.

The Falcons closed the day earning a 48.575 on balance beam, led off by team-best 9.875. Slife's finish was good for a share of third and tied Air Force's best score on the apparatus this season. Greene and freshman Anna Bacott both finished with a pair of 9.725s and earning a share of eighth.

In the all-around, Slife finished in second place, scoring a 39.300 across all four events. Bigler closed the day in third with a 38.775.

"Our team did their job today—we must focus on what's in our control. The uncontrollable will drive you crazy if that's all you dial in on. We handled the electric atmosphere like champs. We need to compete in full arenas, against the people we will see at NCAA Regionals. We need to put ourselves in front of judges from around the country—and this shows our athletes we have the skills to move to the next level.

"They all are stepping up. This was a great performance for us. I can't wait for them to take the floor next weekend."
