BEFORE USAFA: Graduated from Osbourn Park Senior High School…ranked within top eight-percent of graduating class with a 4.25 GPA…competed at the club level for Capital Gymnastics…qualified to the Junior World Championships in 2023.

PERSONAL: Full name is Christopher Popov Nogueira…goes by Chris…nickname is “Aang”…son of Ibsen Nogueira and Konstantza Popova…has one sister…majoring in aeronautical engineering…future plans include becoming a pilot…enjoys golfing, cars, and Formula 1…favorite event is the pommel horse, because “I really enjoy the concept of trying to perfect possibly one of the hardest events in gymnastics”…member of Cadet Squadron 24.
