Funding for these events, along with travel/logistical support will be provided by the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation (AFAAC). JUNIOR YEAR | 2021: Competed in two meets…tallied a career-high 13.400 on the vault at Oklahoma…posted a personal-best 11.850 on the floor exercise in collegiate debut at the Rocky Mountain Open...named to the MPSF All-Academic Team...earned second-team CGA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2020 – FRESHMAN YEAR | 2019: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL | CLUB TEAM: Reno High School...graduated with a 5.3 weighted GPA...ranked ninth in a class of 400...competed at the club level for High Sierra Gymnastics...coached by Tim Klempnauer...qualified to the national championships...finished 12th on the parallel bars at the Junior Olympic Nationals.

PERSONAL: Son of Michael and Joyce Douglas...nickname is “Dougie”...has two sisters (one older, one younger)...majoring in operations research...future plans include becoming a pilot...named to the Dean’s List...hobbies include guitar, hiking, camping and being outdoors...loves black licorice...favorite event is the pommel horse...member of Cadet Squadron 38.
