JUNIOR | 2023: Competed in four contests... scored a career-best 12.850 on the rings at the Rocky Mountain Open.
SOPHOMORE | 2022: Competed in every contest on the pommel and still rings ... scored a career-best 13.050 on the pommel and 12.866 on the rings at the NCAA National Qualifier.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2021: Competed on the pommel horse six times…scored a career-best 12.650 against Army West Point.
HIGH SCHOOL | CLUB TEAM: Perry High School...competed at the club level for Aspire Junior Sun Devils...coached by Rob Survick.
PERSONAL: Full name is Jacob Leo Becchetti...nickname is “Becc”...son of Eric and Chelsey Becchetti...mother played softball for the University of Florida...is an only child...majoring in biology…served as Evaluations NCO...hobbies include looking up cool dinosaur facts and “simply existing”…Dino Monday...prefers Goldfish over Cheez-its…completed Interpersonal Leadership Training (ILT) and took an academic class (PoliSci) over the summer…also went back to Arizona and “tried to give myself heatstroke twice by going for a run in the middle of the day in the heat of July”...favorite event is the pommel horse, because “it’s a fun event to do. I can always wake up and think to myself – yeah, I could do some pommel right now”...member of Cadet Squadron 02.
