David Cohn is in his first season with the Air Force lacrosse team. Cohn came to the Academy after serving as a volunteer assistant coach at Furman.
A 2007 graduate of the Naval Academy, Cohn was a four-year letterman for the Midshipmen and was part of four Patriot League championship teams, four NCAA Tournament teams and the team that competed in the 2004 NCAA Championship game. Cohn earned a bachelor's degree in economics in 2007 and spent six years on active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer. A native of Cockeysville, Md., Cohn spent one season at Furman after serving two years as an assistant coach at the Naval Academy Prep School in Newport, R.I. The team compiled a 23-6 overall record in those two seasons, including a program-best 15-3 record in 2013.
