JUNIOR YEAR | 2022-23: NCAA Qualifier in the outdoor pole vault for the second-straight year…two-time all-conference honoree…became the 20th vaulter in Air Force history to clear 17 feet during the indoor season and the 18th to surpass that bar outdoors…opened the year with a career-best clearance of 17’6½” to win the Air Force Holiday Open…that is the ninth-best indoor mark in program history…also cleared the 17-foot bar in a victory at the Air Force Collegiate Open (17’0¾”)…set the Facility Record at Colorado with a winning 16’10¾” performance at the Potts Invitational…cleared a Meet Record 16’4½” to win the Invitational at the Peak…led Air Force to a pair of podium finishes at the Mountain West Indoor Championships after finishing second with a height of 16’6¾”…recorded an outdoor-best clearance of 17’0¾” to win the Air Force Twilight Open…that height is tied for No. 15 on the program’s all-time standings in the outdoor pole vault…added first-place finishes at the Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invitational, Tom Benich Invitational and Doug Max Invitational…cleared 16’10¾” to earn runner-up honors at the MW Outdoor Championships.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2021-22: NCAA Qualifier in the outdoor pole vault…all-conference honoree…recorded a career-best clearance of 16’9½” to finish second at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships…debuted at No. 21 on the program’s Outdoor Top 25 with that vault…collected a first-place finish at the Air Force Twilight Open (16’0¾”) during the outdoor season…earned two event titles indoors, winning the Air Force Holiday Open (16’0¾”) and Potts Invitational (season-best 16’4¾”)…named the MW Field Athlete of the Week after the Potts Invitational…scored for the Falcons at the MW Indoor Championships (fifth).
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2020-21: Competed in the pole vault during 11 meets (six indoor, five outdoor)…recorded a career-best clearance of 16’6¾” during a top-five finish at the Air Force Collegiate Open…also surpassed the 16-foot bar at the Championships at the Peak meet (16’4¾”)…earned runner-up honors in collegiate debut at the Air Force Holiday Open…recorded an outdoor-best height of 15’1” at the Jerry Quiller Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL: Del Oro High School...placed within the top-three of the pole vault at the 2019 USATF Junior Nationals...ranked eighth in the nation among high school athletes that year...recorded a prep-best clearance of 16’4” at the Pole Vault Summit...claimed Pole Vault League and Discus League championships in 2019...posted a high jump PR of 6’2”...served as leader of the high school student section...earned the Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish...received the Talons Award...claimed High Honors...ranked within the top eight-percent of a 450-person graduating class.
