JUNIOR YEAR | 2019-20: Earned all-conference honors in the distance medley relay for the second straight year...ran the 400-meter leg of the squad that finished second at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (9:49.02, adjusted for altitude)...competed in the 400-meter dash during six meets...registered a personal-best time of 48.81 at the conference meet...earned a pair of top-five finishes in that distance...ran the 200-meter dash twice, posting a personal-best time of 22.36 at the Air Force Team Challenge...opened the season with top-six finishes in the 300-meter (36.55, sixth) and 500-meter (1:06.51, fifth) sprints at the Air Force Holiday Open...also ran on the 4x400-meter relays that won the Potts Invitational (3:15.19) and placed second at the Red Raider Invitational (3:16.18).

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2018-19: Earned all-conference honors as a member of the distance medley relay that finished third at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...that squad combined for the ninth-fastest DMR in Academy history, running a 9:45.82 (adjusted for altitude)...also ran the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay that clocked the program’s 10th-fastest outdoor time (3:10.69) during a runner-up finish at the Mt. SAC Relays...competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter events...clocked a career-best 400-meter indoor time of 49.20 to finish 14th out of 50 runners at the Colorado Invitational...also notched a personal-best 200-meter time of 22.57 at that meet (18th)...competed in the 500-meter dash at the Air Force Holiday Open (1:07.09)...registered an outdoor-best 200-meter time of 22.71 in outdoor opener...closed out the season with a season-best 400-meter time of 48.94 at the Air Force Twilight Open.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2017-18: Competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter events...posted a personal-best 200-meter time of 22.86 at the Sun Angel Classic...clocked a career-best 400-meter time of 48.87 to finish fourth at the 7220 Invitational...added a top-four finish in that event at the NoCo Challenge (48.99, third)...led off the 4x400-meter relay that won the meet in Wyoming (3:16.31)...posted an indoor-best 200-meter time of 23.16 at the Air Force Team Challenge...earned runner-up honors in the 400-meter dash at the Air Force Collegiate Open after posting an indoor-best mark of 49.73.
