This Week Air Force (0-2) hosts Alabama-Huntsville (1-1) in a non-conference college hockey series, Friday-Saturday, Oct. 16-17, at 7:05 p.m. MT each night at Cadet Ice Arena.

Scouting the Chargers *UAH is 1-1 after splitting at No. 5 Notre Dame in South Bend last week. UAH won the first game, 3-2 and lost the second game, 3-1 * The Chargers scored the game-winner on Friday with a power play goal with five seconds remaining * Goaltender Cameron Talbot made 39 saves on Friday and 48 on Saturday
Home Openers * Air Force has been strong in home openers in the 12 years under coach Frank Serratore. * In the first home game of the season, Serratore has led the Falcons to a 8-3-1 mark. * The only losses have been to Colorado College twice and Denver once. * In the season-opening home series, AFA is 18-5-1.
