Air Force women's basketball tips off at 2 p.m. in Clune Arena

Air Force wraps up a three-game home stretch against the University of San Diego, Saturday (Nov. 16) at 2 p.m. MST, in Clune Arena.
THE SERIES
Saturday's game will mark the fourth meeting between the programs with San Diego remaining unbeaten in the three-game series. The last time the teams met was nearly seven years ago in the final game of 2012 the Air Force Classic. Air Force dropped a 74-43 contest to San Diego in Clune Arena, marking the largest margin of defeat in the series history.

The Falcons will travel up I-25 North to take on Northern Colorado at 7 p.m., Tuesday (Nov. 19) in Greeley, Colorado. In last season's meeting at USAFA, the Falcons beat the Bears, 69-57, snapping an eight-game losing streak to UNC.
LAST GAME
Air Force dropped a 68-66 heartbreaking loss to Army West Point, Wednesday evening in Clune Arena. The Falcons were outscored 46-27 in the second half, giving Army (1-2) the opportunity to reel Air Force in into the waning seconds of the game to get the win.
SNYDER SCORES, IMMEL DOES TOO
Sophomore forward Riley Snyder is the Falcons' leading scorer through the first three games, averaging 12.7 points per game. She dropped a season-high 19 points against NJIT and led Air Force with 13 points against Army, marking her second-straight double-figure scoring mark this season.
Junior co-team captain Kaelin Immel dropped a pair of double-figure scoring marks in the last two games as well, landing just behind Snyder with 18 points against NJIT and 10 against Army. She averages 3.3 APG and 4.7 RPG and is still the Falcons' career scoring leader.
ON THE CUSP
Emily Conroe and Haley Jones are putting their all-around utility on display as consistent scorers and as the team's leading rebounders. Conroe averages 9.7 PPG and 10.0 RPG, while Jones 8.0 PPG and 7.7 RPG.
Conroe has been on the cusp of a double-double in each game this season. In the season opener, the junior co-team captain dropped 12 points and collected eight boards. In the game against NJIT, she was a bucket away from a double-double mark (8 points, 10 rebounds). Against Army, she landed just one point shy of a double-double, scoring nine points while snagging a game-high and personal season-best 12 boards-- a mark just one shy of her career-high.
Jones was one point shy of a double-double against NJIT (Nov. 8) as she dropped nine points and collected 10 rebounds. She landed just two boards shy of a double-double against Army, scoring 10 points while collecting eight boards.
FANTASTIC FRESHMEN
In the season opener against No. 20/18 Arizona State, Kamri Heath scored a game-high 16 points in her collegiate debut. Heath, who didn't miss a field goal in the first 18:30 of the game, along with freshmen teammates Allyah Marlett and Grace Hess combined for 29 points on their opening night. Marlett dropped eight points and collected eight rebounds while Hess recorded five points.
The Air Force freshman continue put their ability on display in the game against Army, as Heath, Hess, Marlett and McDonald scored six apiece, bringing the combined freshman total to 24 points on the night. The aforementioned freshman quartet averages 22.3 points per game so far this season. Hess also dished out a game-high four assists.
