Air Force Set for Rematch with Army West Point

The Falcons and Black Knights will face off at 1:00 p.m. (ET) at the Gross Center.
After a three-week break from team competition, the 16th-ranked Air Force men's gymnastics team returns to action this Saturday (Feb. 29), when it travels to New York for a dual meet with 13th-ranked Army West Point. The meet, which is slated for a 1:00 p.m. (ET) start, is a rematch of the Falcons' last meet at the beginning of February
MEET INFORMATION
The service academy showdown will be held at the Gross Center on the Army West Point post. Admission is free to the 1:00 p.m. (ET) meet. Any links to live results and/or video will be posted to GoAirForceFalcons.com once available.
SCOUTING THE BLACK KNIGHTS
Army West Point, which is also coming off of an extended break, are currently ranked 13th in the national standings with a three-score average of 390.600. The Black Knights finished third in their last outing (Feb. 15), as they tallied a 389.150 during a road triangular with Nebraska (409.150) and Minnesota (404.700). Matthew Davis holds a top-15 ranking in the national standings of the floor exercise after accumulating a three-score average of 14.133.
AIR FORCE IN THE RANKINGS
The Falcons are currently ranked 16th in the NCAA, with a three-score average of 381.750. Air Force is ranked among the nation's top 15 on the pommel horse (11th, 64.167) and still rings (64.950). Individually, Frankie Valentin holds the squad's highest national ranking with a No. 31 standing on the pommel horse (13.467).

Air Force returns to the Academy on Saturday, March 7, when they host top-ranked Stanford at 1:00 p.m. (MT).
