The Falcons hit the road for a pair of matches heading into the Halloween weekend, taking on Utah Valley in Orem, Utah, on Thursday (Oct. 28), and wrapping up the weekend at California Baptist, Saturday (Oct. 30), in Irvine, California. Action is slated for 2 p.m. MT and 7 p.m. PT, respectively.
The match against California Baptist will be played at off campus at Championship Stadium in OC Great Park. Due to the match being played off site, a live stream is not available.
THE SERIES AGAINST UVU
Air Force will be taking on Utah Valley for the eighth time in program history in what has become one of Air Force's most frustrating series as the Falcons have yet to beat the Wolverines. UVU is 5-0-2 against AF and has a 2-0-1 mark against the Falcons when playing in Orem.
THE SERIES AGAINST CBU
Air Force and Cal Baptist will be meeting for the fourth time with the Falcons leading the three-game series, 2-1. The Falcons have outscored the Lancers, 8-4, in the three matches combined. In their last meeting, Air Force downed CBU, 4-1, at the Academy.
LOCK IT IN
Following the victory against UNLV last week, the Falcons secured their sixth-straight WAC Tournament berth, seventh total appearance since joining the WAC in 2013.

Air Force welcomes WAC heavyweight GCU for Senior Day, Saturday, November 6. Action is slated for 1 p.m. at Cadet Soccer Stadium. The last time the Falcons and Lopes met was in the WAC Championship match where sixth-seeded Air Force upended top-seeded GCU, 3-0.
Current Defense Department and Air Force Academy rules require all individuals to wear a mask inside Academy facilities. All individuals who have not been fully vaccinated must wear masks outside on military installations.

Air Force pushed pass Dixie State, 2-0, in a Friday evening (Oct. 22) match, making their way back to the win column. Thaddaeus Dewing and Lathan Spadafora recorded a goal apiece in the shutout win.
On Sunday, the Falcons rallied from an early deficit to beat UNLV, 3-1. Tristan Trager, who played a role in four of Air Force's five goals over the weekend, notched two goals, while teammate Elijah Bussey scored his first of the season.

As a team, Seattle U continues to lead the WAC in shots (234) and corner kicks (96) while first-place Grand Canyon is the leader in points (99), goals per game (2.43), assists (31), least goals allowed (12), goals against average (0.85) and are tied with California Baptist for the lead in total goals (34) and with San José State for the lead in shutouts (5). Utah Valley is the leader in assists per game (2.23) and Chicago State is tops in total saves (73).
Individually, SU's Declan McGlynnis the leader in shots (54) and AFA's Tristan Trager is the leader in shots per game (3.92), points (29), points per game (2.23), goals per game (0.85) and is tied with CBU's Bryan Iliohan for the lead in total goals (11). SU's Akili Kasim is tied with CSU's Joe Bowles for the lead in saves (64) with Guerrero holding the top mark in saves per game (5.00). WAC RANKINGS
Due to the lightning-forced cancelation of the schedule match between Utah Valley and UT Rio Grande Valley on Oct. 1, the standings will revert to a points per match format for the remainder of the 2021 season.
TRAGER WINS WEEKLY WAC AWARD FOR SECOND TIME
Tristan Trager, a senior forward from San Clemente, Calif., recorded a pair of goals and a pair of assists as the Falcons remained atop the WAC standings with a pair of home wins. After recording an assist on Friday against Dixie State, he was involved in all three Air Force goals on Sunday against UNLV. After an early UNLV score, he scored the equalizing goal in the 15th minute and then assisted on the go-ahead goal in the 69th minute before adding an insurance goal in the 71st minute in the 3-1 win. On the season, Trager is tied with 11 goals on the year and leads the WAC with 29 points.
On the weekend of October 1st, Trager led the Falcon offense to a pair of road wins, totaling three goals and an assist. On Friday against Chicago State, he scored twice and assisted on another in a 4-0 win over the Cougars. He followed that up with a goal scored in Sunday's 2-1 win over Houston Baptist. On the season, he is tied for third in goals with five total scores.
