
Air Force Splits for Bryan Clay Multis, Kit Mayer Classic

The Air Force track and field returns to action this weekend with competition in three states. While a small number of Falcons will be in California (Bryan Clay Multis, April 10-11) and Oklahoma (Throws Series Invitational, April 10-12), the majority of the squad will remain in Colorado, traveling to Golden for the Kit Mayer Classic on April 11-12.

MEET INFORMATION – BRYAN CLAY MULTIS
The Bryan Clay Multis will take place at Azusa Pacific's Cougar Stadium on April 10-11. Tickets are $10 each day. The heptathlon will begin at 11:00 a.m. (PT) both days, while the "A" section of the decathlon will start at 3:00 p.m. (PT) on Thursday and 2:30 p.m., on Friday. Tickets are $10 each day and live results will be available at FinishedResults.com.
MEET INFORMATION – KIT MAYER CLASSIC
The Kit Mayer Classic, a late add for the Falcons due to the cancellation of the Colorado Invitational, will be held at Stermole Track on the Colorado School of Mines' campus over the April 11-12 weekend. A full schedule of events is listed below. Due to multiple events happening on campus Saturday, track and field spectators should park in the parking garage (1350 Maple St) or Lot S (1250 Maple St). The meet will be streamed live on the RMAC Network, while Meet Pro will provide results (direct links to both video and stats are on the Falcons' schedule page at GoAirForceFalcons.com).

Texas Tanner will travel to Ramona, Okla., on April 10-12 for the Oklahoma Throws Series Invitational at Millican Field. Additional information will be provided when available.
AIR FORCE IN THE NATIONAL RANKINGS
Backed by a pair of Top 10 rankings from Texas Tanner, three Falcons are listed among the Top 30 in the NCAA standings. With Air Force Record performances, Tanner is ranked fourth in the hammer (240'11") and ninth in the discus (195'6"). Cooper Stroka also represents the Falcons in the Top 30 of the hammer throw (No. 26, 213'5"), while Zach Ayers is ranked 22nd in the 5000-meter run with a time of 13:36.08.
SQUAD GOALS
With a combined time of 55:26.05, the men's 5000-meter quartet of Zach Ayers, Saketh Rudraraju, Josh Razo, and Max Sannes are ranked No. 10 in the April 8 edition of the USTFCCCA #EventSquad Rankings – which are determined by the cumulative season-best marks from a team's top four athletes in the national descending order list. The hammer throw lineup of Texas Tanner, Cooper Stroka, Arden Jenkins, and Massimo Grisotto are also listed among the nation's Top 15 with a 227-meter total (No. 14).
WHAT'S ON DECK
Air Force's full squad will head to Southern California next week for another busy three-meet week. The Falcons will return to Azusa Pacific for the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 17-19, while also splitting time in Long Beach at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 17) and Beach Invitational (April 18-19).
