Falcons at a Glance:
Air Force scoring is led by senior Milahnie Perry (17.1 ppg) and junior Keelie O'Hollaren (9.3). The Falcons rank second in the Mountain West in turnover margin (3.52) and turnovers forced per game (17.37) and rank third in both steals per game (8.9) and offensive rebounding (12.3 rpg).
Perry's 17.1 scoring average currently tops the Mountain West. The senior has put up an average of 19.6 points in her last seven games.
Last Time Out:
Air Force Women's Basketball trailed by just a single basket at halftime in The Pit against New Mexico, but the Falcons slipped in the second half, ultimately falling 73-53 to the Lobos on Saturday afternoon in Albuquerque.
Senior Emily Adams and junior Jordyn Devaughn both led Falcon scoring, contributing 10 points apiece. Juniors Alexis Cortez and Jayda McNabb followed up, both scoring seven.
Air Force (12-15, 6-11 MW) led New Mexico (19-9, 11-6 MW) in three-pointers made (seven) and attempted (24), steals (six) and blocks (six).
Adams' Upswing:
In her last 10 games, senior Emily Adams has averaged 12 points, marking the most productive stretch of her Air Force career. Adams' nine 10-plus point games in 2025-26 marks the most double-digit finishes in a single season for the soon-to-be Falcon graduate. On Feb. 4 in Air Force's win against Utah State, Adams finished with a 23-point, 12 rebound double-double. The senior's marquis finish against the Aggies represented her first career double-double, first 20-point finish and also career highs both in rebounds (12) and field goals made in a single game (eight).
The Key Difference:
In seven of its last eight wins, Air Force has won the rebounding game, scoring victories over Wright State (Nov. 29), Utah Valley (Dec. 6), New Mexico Highlands (Dec. 13), Nevada (Dec. 21), Fresno State (Jan. 31), Utah State (Feb. 4) and a pair over San Jose State (Jan. 10, Feb.14).
The Mortar Between the Bricks:
Jayda McNabb has been a steadying force for the Falcons throughout her years at the Academy. As a sophomore, McNabb averaged 7.9 points per game in 2024-25 and earned six double doubles, leading the Falcons in rebounding while finishing ranked second in the Mountain West on the offensive glass.
This season, McNabb leads the MW and currently ranks eighth nationally in offensive rebounding (4.2 rpg). As a result, Air Force has led or tied opponents in second-chance points in 16 games. McNabb is also third in the league in total boards (7.8 rpg) and second among Mountain West players in steals per game (2.30).
With 633 career rebounds, McNabb is 24 away from overtaking Dymond James (2009-13) for 9th all time and fourth in Air Force's Division I history.
Home Successes:
The Falcons opened 2025-26 with a 4-0 record inside of Clune Arena, marking the program's third-straight season with a 3-0-or-better home start.
The Summit Is In Sight:
Now sporting 1,688 career points, Perry secured third all-time in career scoring in Air Force's Feb. 14 win over San Jose State, surpassing Falcon alumna Stacey Goss (1982-86) for the distinction. Perry's 428 points for the season sets the senior 19 points away from claiming second (Michelle Johnson, 1,706) and 51 shy of the all-time career scoring record with three regular season games to go. Perry is currently the Division I record holder in field goals made (616) and is all-time in field goal attempts (1,588).
*Represents Air Force Division I record.
In consecutive seasons, Perry scored the third and fourth most points ever by a Falcon in a single year – figures which rank first and second for a player in Air Force's Division I history (1996-current).
Mile-High Trends:
Air Force is currently:
8-1 when sporting a halftime lead;
9-2 when holding opponents to 60 points or less (4-0 at home);
8-3 when landing more three-point baskets (4-1 at home).
Through the last four seasons, Air Force is:
36-20 at home;
39-5 when scoring 70 or more points (26-1 at home);
8-1 when scoring 80 or more points (7-0 at home);
8-1 when shooting 50 percent or better from the field (4-0 at home);
29-8 when holding opponents to 60 points or less (17-2 at home);
