Air Force women's basketball will tip off against the Pilots at 2 p.m. in Clune Arena
AIR FORCE (1-4) vs. PORTLAND (4-1)
Air Force hosts the Portland Pilots, Saturday (Nov. 23) at 2 p.m. in Clune Arena. The Pilots are currently 4-1 with wins over Mountain West opponents Utah State (70-64) and Fresno State (75-64). CSU Northridge handed the Pilots' their first lost, 73-64, Thursday afternoon (Nov. 21).

Air Force looks to make good on last season's home loss to Navy and will be meeting the Lady Volunteers in the teams' first-ever meeting.

Air Force fell to Northern Colorado, 72-62, Tuesday evening at The Bank of Colorado Arena, dropping to 1-4 overall on the season. The Bears improved to a two-game win streak for a 3-2 mark in their first five games.
IMMEL SETS THE STANDARD
Junior co-team captain Kaelin Immel scored a season-high 23 points in the Falcons' game against Northern Colorado, marking Air Force's highest scoring performance and only 20-point performance of the season so far. She averages 12.2 points-per-game this season and is the second leading scorer on the squad.
SNYDER SCORES
Sophomore forward Riley Snyder is the Falcons' leading scorer through the first five games, averaging 14.0 PPG. The native of Fruita, Colorado, has led Air Force in scoring for three of the last four games, scoring a season-high 19 against NJIT (Nov. 8), 13 against Army (Nov. 13) and 18 against San Diego (Nov. 16). Snyder makes her money at the free throw line where she is currently shooting .882 (15-17) this season.
ON THE CUSP
Emily Conroe has consistently displayed her all-around utility as the team's top rebounder and second-leading scorer. Conroe averages 10.6 PPG and 9.6 RPG. She has been on the cusp of a double-double in each game this season. In the season opener, the junior co-team captain dropped 12 points and collected eight boards. In the game against NJIT, she was a bucket away from a double-double mark (8 points, 10 rebounds). Against Army, she landed just one point shy of a double-double, scoring nine points while snagging a game-high and personal season-best 12 boards-- a mark just one shy of her career-high. In the last home game against San Diego, Conroe scored a season-high 15 points and snagged nine rebounds. At Northern Colorado, she scored nine points and snagged nine boards, once again coming up just shy of a double-double. She currently has the Falcons' best 3FG%, shooting .500 on 16 attempts.

Emily Conroe is the third leading rebounder in the league (9.6 RPG) while Haley Jones is sitting at sixth (7.6 RPG).
